Your RENEW mailer number is a unique seven (7) character alphanumeric (contains both letters and numbers) number located on the side of your RENEW mailer box. This same number can also be found on the brochure that accompanies your RENEW mailer box.

Enter this number when prompted to activate your RENEW mailer. You must activate your mailer number to receive your free postage paid label and to have your empty cartridge RENEWED.
